As a licensed pharmaceutical wholesaler, we operate in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
All customers must maintain valid and active licenses (as applicable) to purchase prescription products. By placing an order, you confirm that your licensing and shipping information are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
We reserve the right to verify licenses, refuse, cancel, or delay shipments if compliance requirements are not met.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The cutoff time for same-day order processing is 6:15 PM EST.
While UPS is our preferred carrier, we reserve the right to utilize alternative shipping providers when necessary to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Overnight orders are shipped via UPS. To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be received by 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Please note that overnight delivery is not guaranteed.
All refrigerated items are shipped via overnight service to maintain product integrity. Refrigerated orders placed on Friday will ship the following business day.
Refrigerated and temperature-sensitive products are generally non-returnable due to storage and handling requirements, unless otherwise approved under exceptional circumstances.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes for domestic shipments.
All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address that matches the address on your State license.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods or policies based on order size, weight, destination, or other logistical considerations.
Free standard shipping is available for orders exceeding $299.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments within 48 hours of delivery for damage, leakage, or discrepancies.
All claims related to carrier damage or loss must be properly documented (photos, freight bills, emails, etc.) and submitted for review.
These documents are required for carrier claims and return credit processing.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be submitted within 7 days of the invoice date to be eligible for a return.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
All return requests are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion and must meet eligibility requirements. If approved, a return shipping label will be issued and must be used within 5 days.
No restocking fee will be applied for approved returns that are completed within the required timeframe.
Approved returns will be processed within 30 days of receiving the product(s).
Credits will be issued in the form of a credit memo.
